Plan and Design
Work out the size and use, check your HOA and local rules, set a budget, and settle on a design with our team or the 3D tool.

Order and Payment
Place a deposit to secure your building. If it is on our lot you can pick a delivery date before you leave; custom orders run three to six weeks.

Site Prep and Permits
Choose a flat spot with a clear path at least a foot wider than the building. Virginia requires a permit for anything over 256 square feet.

Delivery
Free delivery and setup within 50 miles. We inspect the building, confirm the day before, and call when we are on the way.

Ready to Use
Ready the moment setup is done, with one free relevel in the first year and a five-year warranty behind it.
